While Spinnin’ Records has held nothing back in its teasing and promotion of Borgeous‘ latest record “Invincible,” the official video proves that the song is well worth the wait. While the American producer has seen much success as of late, the mainstream audience may only know the Borgeous name through his so-called “massive” big room releases and hard-hitting 808 stylized trap. In the melody-heavy “Invincible,” the DJ proves his extensive talent by venturing into new territory, and the end result is stunningly beautiful. A yet-unnamed vocalist lays harmonies over a driven riff before the track proves its invincibility through an alluring and inviting melody that is not only easy to listen to, but provides the thrills that big room used to evoke. While the video adds a visual dimension to the lyrical content through abstract use of crime streaks and love triangles, the track is strong enough to stand on its own.
